Typographical Errors
In the event that a SNR Business Inc (PartChasers.com) product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SNR Business Inc (PartChasers.com) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SNR Business Inc (PartChasers.com) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. I agree to pay PartChasers.com in full amount for my order including shipping, handling and tax if applicable. Otherwise, the items I purchase remain as the property of PartChasers.com. I am responsible for any legal and other expense toward collecting debts. I agree that I'll pay for shipping any item(s) back to PartChasers.com for warranty of defective products or refund purposes. Errors made by shipping companies are not PartChasers.com responsibility. Shipping charges are not refundable. Restocking fees may be applicable. Please refer to Warranty section. PartChasers.com does not guarantee that products sold are defect free or 100% compatible to each other or with existing parts. It’s my responsibility to check compatibility of any parts. I understand that PartChasers.com do not sell software, services, and support. PartChasers.com is not responsible for any technical support for the products purchased. PartChasers.com is not responsible for any damage or loss of time, profit or money as a result of using products purchased from PartChasers.com, web site information, and advises by phone, web site surfing, or e-mail. PartChasers.com is not responsible for any shipping company's error during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit or money. I will not intentionally cause any damage to PartChasers.com, physically, financially or in reputation. I have read, understood, and agreed to the Return Policy of PartChasers.com. I agree that PartChasers.com has the right to check the authenticity of any and/or all information provided on the order form before processing and or shipping the order. I understand and agree that PartChasers.com will verify orders that have a different shipping address than the billing address. Return PolicyPartChasers.com offers a 30 days return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact your PartChasers.com account manager. Please call US +1 888-3142226 Call or e-mail our Returns Department at sales@partchasers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items unless its a Dead on Arrival item and we have been notified within 72hrs from the delivery time. PartChasers.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carriers delivery record in order for PartChasers.com to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify PartChasers.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify PartChasers.com of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call 888-3142226 or your PartChasers.com account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to PartChasers.com within 30 days from the invoice date, at PartChasers.com discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers warranties apply. NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by PartChasers.com within 30 days from the invoice/order date, at PartChasers.com's discretion for: credit, replacement. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. Due to manufacturers policies, PartChasers.com cannot accept returns of the following items for exchange, replacement or credit FOR ANY REASON: (PartChasers.com exceptions). DEFECTIVE merchandise can be returned for REPAIR ONLY to: ServerandParts, the manufacturer direct or any authorized service center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturer goes out of business or in the case of specially ordered items. PartChasers.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to PartChasers.com on returned items, and PartChasers.com will pay the shipping ground charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
